On-Site Learning Programs for Managers 

 

Why didn’t I use the term “training programs” instead of “learning programs?” I did so because the expectation is that at the end of each session, the participants and the learning leader (me) will have experienced and integrated (learned) new and better job skills.

 

“Training programs” don’t have an explicit expectation and oftentimes the subject matter “goes in one ear and out the other.” In other words, no integration and consequently, no learning.

 

I have developed and delivered numerous learning programs throughout my career.  I have been able to build a healthy rapport with the participants in a short time because of my exposure within the field.  I have served three wonderful NFP organizations and each one provided me with learning opportunities that enabled me to achieve a very high level of unique expertise in the HR field.   

   

My "learning programs" will not be a "one size fits all" presentation that most of the large training companies provide.  My programs will be developed with input from your organization and tailored to address your learning needs as determined by you
